Ingredients

    20 oz Jennie-O Ground Turkey Breast - 99/1 Extra Lean
    40 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans
    46 oz Tomato Juice
    2 cans (14.5 oz each) Hunt's Diced No Salt Added Tomatoes
    1 box Ancient Harvest Quinoa Pasta
    Chili Powder to taste
    Celery or Celery Salt to Taste

Directions

Brown ground turkey. Add the tomato juice, tomatoes, and kidney beans (rinsed - should cut sodium a bit), chili powder, and celery salt. Simmer for 1/2 hour on low. While simmering, cook the quinoa pasta. Add to chili before serving.
