Delightful to dress poulty, beef and even fish or be used as a dip. For lunch or appetizer on top of a heated melda toast, coated lightly with roasted garlic and olive oil (3 toast) mmm! Ingredients

    1 pound of cherry or grape tomatoes (sliced in half)
    5 roma tomatoes chopped
    1/2 cup red onions chopped
    1 teaspoon of splenda
    7 fresh basil leaves chopped
    4 garlic cloves chopped
    1/4 cup of extra olive oil
    1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
    1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
    3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    1/3 cup of shaved parmesan (optional)


Directions

Add all ingredients in a bowl an mix. Refrigerate.

Use as a topping or dip.
