Ingredients

    1 tsp. Sesame Oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
5 Cups Stir-fry vegetables (I used Trader Joe's frozen vegetables)
2 cups cooked brown rice (I used Trader Joe's frozen Brown Rice, 3 minutes in the microwave and it's done)
    2 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
    2 Eggs

Directions

In large frying pan, heat up oil and add garlic, give a good stir, then add your vegetables. Cook your vegetables until crisp and warmed! Add rice and soy sauce. Give a good mix. Then just crack two eggs right onto vegetables and mix and cook or about 1 minutes.
