Ingredients

    1 can (15 oz.) cannellini beans, drained + rinsed
    1/4 cup cilantro
    1 tsp lime zest
    1 Tbsp lime juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    3 Tbsp vegetable broth
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Combine beans, cilantro, lime zest, juice and garlic in a food processor and blend until mixed. With the processor on, stream in olive oil and vegetable broth until desired consistency is reached. I blended mine for a good 3–4 minutes to make it super creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with pita chips!
