Ingredients

30 Frozen Strawberries
A Large handful of Mint Leaves
2 Limes
8 ozs Light Rum
Crushed Ice
Garnish with a strawberry, and/or mint and/or a slice of lime.
Directions
Remove the stems and cut strawberries in half. Place them in a heavy zip lock freezer bag and place in the freezer until ready to use.
Cut the limes into wedges.
Blend frozen strawberries in a blender.
Place the lime wedges and a handful of mint in a small pitcher. Crush with a long handled spoon to release the flavors in the mint.
Add rum. Stir and strain. Pour rum mixture into the blender with the frozen strawberries. Blend until well mixed and pour into glasses.
Garnish with a strawberry, and/or mint and/or a slice of lime.
