Introduction

Use this like bisquick to make pancakes or muffins and many other things. Use this like bisquick to make pancakes or muffins and many other things.

Ingredients

    4 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    4 1/4 cup all purpose flour
    4 tbsp baking powder
    1 tbsp salt
    2 tsp cream of tartar
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
    2 1/4 cups coconut oil (can substitute shortening or if using butter keep refridgerated)

Directions

combine all dry ingredients then blend in coconut oil until mixture looks like crumbs. Keep in airtight container 10 to 12 weeks.

Serving Size: makes 13 cups mix
