    Chicken breast w/o skin 2 lbs.
    okra 5cups fresh chopped or cut frozen
    Tomato sauce 1 cup
    Fresh tomatoes 5 cup peeled and diced
    cayenne pepper 2 tbsp (opt.)
    canola oil 2tbsp
    salt 2 tsp. (opt.)
    onion 1 medium diced
    Tap water 1 gal.


In heavy metal pot add canola oil, diced tomatoes, tomatoe sauce,diced onion and cut okra. Cook over medium high heat stirring constantly not allowing bottom to burn until ingredients are deep brown in color. Add water and seasoning along with chicken and allow to simmer for 2 hours. can be served wit or without rice.
