Simple quick tom yum soup, makes 1 cup, great for a tasty lunch. Simple quick tom yum soup, makes 1 cup, great for a tasty lunch.
Number of Servings: 1


    Tom yum soup paste (Valcom), 1 tsp
    Firm tofu, .5 cuo
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, sliced fine
    *Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 2 wedge yields
    Fresh herbs for garnish


Heat 1 c water until boiling.
Add 1 tsp tom yum paste and stir. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for a while, then add tofu, finely chopped, and fish sauce
Simmer until tofu is hot.
Serve, adding fresh lime juice.
Garnish with coriander, chives or spring onions finely chopped.

Serving Size: Makes 1 x 1 cup serving
