Introduction

Craving a PB&J, nothing like having a heaping healthy bowl of it in the morning. With over night oats you don't have to do any cooking and it's all ready for you in the morning, just add your toppings!! This is so good!! Ingredients

    1/3 Cup of old fashion oats
    1/3 cup plain non-fat milk (or almond, soy or hemp milk)
    1/2 cup of plain non-fat yogurt
    1/2 small banana
    1/2 tbsp. of chia seeds (this adds fluff)
    1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp of and cinnamon
    1 packet of stevia (or splenda)

    Morning Add Ins:
    1 Tbsp of Almond Butter
    2 Tbsp of Strawberry Jam (Or whatever kind you like)
    1/4 cup of diced strawberries (or a berry that matches your jam, such as raspberries)

    You could also add granola and almonds.


Directions

In the evening Add the following in a bowl.
Old fashion oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, banana, vanilla extract, cinnamon & stevia

Note: You can add anything you like, just remember it will get soggy so no crunchy stuff

Refridgerate over night

In the morning add your almond butter, jam and strawberries and other toppings if you like, such as maple syrup and Granola!
