Ingredients

    1 medium napa cabbage, shredded
    1/2 english cucumber with peel, chopped in small rectangles
    1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    2 tablespoon sugar
    1 tablespoon splenda
    1/4 tablespoon honey
    2 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 tsp toasted sesame oil
    1 tsp kosher salt
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

Cook time is the setting time in fridge.

In a medium bowl, wisk all ingredients from cider vinegar down until all the sugar is disolved.

Add cabbage and cucumber, mix well then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 6 -8 servings
