Ingredients

    2 tbsp sesame oil
    450 g tenderloin pork
    2 chili pepper
    1 tbsp ginger
    3.5 cup vegetable or chicken broth
    3 tbsp cider vinegar
    200 g mushrooms
    2 tbsp soy sauce to taste

Directions

heat the oil, stir fry the pork, chili and ginger then add the broth, vinegar and mushrooms. simmer for 20 min, season with soy sauce
