Ingredients

    12 eggs (large)
    tator tots (45/or small bag)
    shredded cheddar cheese
    milk
    turkey/pork sausage (i prefer sage flavor turkey sausage)
    pepper
    salt
    sage seasoning (1 tsp)
    rosemary seasoning (pinch)


Directions

preheat oven to 375, cook ground sausage( I prefer ground turkey sausage with sage flavoring) in frying pan, (add a little bit of onion if desired) set aside when thoroughly cooked. Spray glass pan (3 quart)(13.5 X9.5) with olive oil cooking spray. Line bottom of baking dish with the tator tots, top with ground sausage spread evenly. Sprinkle cheese evenly over sausage, whisk together egg & milk and pour over other ingredients. I have found that a little bit of addtional sage and rosemary seasoning are an added bonus to ths recipe. Salt and pepper as desired, I do pepper but limit the salt. Then bake for about 30-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool just a little and serve. Hope you enjoy as much as my family does. :)
