Ingredients

    6 oz tuna, 1/4 cup chopped celery, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1 diced med. apple, 3 tbsp lite mayo/miracle whip, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tbsp sweet relish, pita pocket. Lemon juice to preserve apple if desired.

Directions

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
Chop apple and toss in lemon juice unless serving immediately (to keep apple from browning), combine with walnuts and celery in a bowl. Combine lite mayo, mustard and relish in a seperate small bowl, then mix with apples and tuna in main bowl. Put in pita, I also put some leaf spinach in the pita, optional.
