Ingredients

    Filling:
    ► 3 lbs firm yet ripe pears, cored & cubed (scrubbed but not peeled)
    ► 1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
    ► 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
    ► 1 tsp orange peel, grated
    ► 1 tsp. cinnamon
    ► 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    ► Pinch of cloves
    ► 2 fl.oz lemon juice



    Topping:
    ► 2/3 cup rolled oats
    ► 1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
    ► 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
    ► 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    ► 2 tsp cinnamon, ground


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Filling:

► Mix Splenda brown sugar blend, flour and spices
► add fruit and juice
► spoon the mix in large baking dish

Topping:

► mix oats, Splenda brown sugar blend, flour and cinnamon
► add applesauce
► crumble mixture over filling, pressing down gently

Bake for 40-50 minutes at 375°F until filling is bubbly and topping is slightly browned. Serve hot
