Introduction

I didn't expect much from a microwave brownie recipe but I was pleasantly surprised. They are quick, very rich in chocolate, and for low sodium, they actually taste kind of salty! Ingredients

    3/4 cup flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder-low sodium
    1/4 tsp salt-low sodium
    4 squares unsweetened chocolate
    3/4 cup unsalted butter (1 1/2 stick)
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    3 eggs

Directions

Melt together 4 squares unsweetened chocolate with 1 1/2 sticks butter, stir til smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups sugar, add 3 beaten eggs. Then add the flour mixture (3/4 cups flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder-low sodium, 1/4 tsp salt-low sodium). Pour into greased stone casserole dish, microwave uncovered 5-7 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. (May bake in 350 degree oven for 42-46 min instead of using the microwave.)
