Ingredients

    1 Package of Frozen Corn (approx 360g)
    (I use Steam-In-Bag when pressed for time-Rinse & Drain; If you can roast fresh corn it adds great flavor!
    1 Medium Red Bell Pepper, Fine Diced
    1/2 Bunch of Cilantro, Finely Chop
    1 Can Black Beans, Rinse & Drain
    1 Jalapeno, Remove Stem & Seeds,Finely Chop
    1 Lime, Juice Only
    2 Tbl Honey

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate prior to consumption if time allows...if not enjoy!
