Introduction

Ingredients

    8 0z Dried Linguine Noodles
    1 lb cubed chicken breast (skinless)
    1 cup Red Bell Pepper
    1 10 oz package of frozen broccoli
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 tbsp Vinegar
    1 tsp Brown sugar
    1/4 cup Kikkoman lite Soy sauce
    1/4 cup grated carrots



Directions

Cook Linguine Noodles in boiling water until tender.
While Linguine is boiling add chicken in a saute pan with garlic, soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar. Cook for 5 minutes add onion, broccoli, bell pepper. Cook 7 minutes.

Drain Linguine, toss chicken mixture with Linguine and serve.
