Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 box of pasta...whatever type you like, cooked and drained
    1 can of kidney beans drained and rinsed
    1 med. Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 or 2 Avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
    2 Tbs. of light Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
    1 14oz can Artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
    optional*** celery, chopped

Directions

Cook pasta and drain. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Serve hot or cold.
Add chicken or tuna if desired.

Serving Size: makes about 8 servings 1.5 cups each.
