Ingredients

    Ground Chuck
    1/2 Onion (diced)
    Salt & Pepper to taste (not much as the cream of chicken is salty)
    Tortilla Chips
    Ranch Style Beans
    Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
    Ro-tel
    Cream of chicken soup

Directions

Brown the ground beef with salt & pepper and onion. Drain the meat. Spray casserole dish with Pam, layer with tortilla chips. Next layer the ground beef. Layer in this order, ranch style beans, shredded cheddar cheese. Mix Ro-Tel and Cream of Chicken together. Pour over top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly in the center.
