Introduction
This a sweet, chewy type bar. You can decrease the sugar by up to half and I have also made them using 1/2 c. vegetable oil and 1/2 c. peanut butter. A very flexible recipe. Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar Splenda
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. craisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut (or omit and use 1 c. pecans)
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease bottom of a 9 x 13 pan and line with parchment paper or foil. Grease paper.
Mix sugar, oil and eggs until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Pat evenly into pan. Bake 15-20 minutes until set, but not firm. Cool 15 minutes in pan, then remove and cool completely before cutting into bars.
