Ingredients

Marinade:
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 tablespoon brown rice vinegar (sugar free)
1 tablespoon sofrito (optional)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 lb beef strips
Sauce:
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce (optional)
1/2 tablespoon chili paste (optional) (Sambal Oelek ground fresh chili paste (found at Walmart store) zero carb!)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons beef broth
1/2 tsp Splenda
¼ tsp xanthan gum
1 inch ginger, chopped (or use 1 tsp ginger paste)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced cabbage
2 green onions
2 tablespoon peanut oil
Directions
1. Mix all marinade ingredients together and marinate for about 30 mins in the refrigerator.
2. Mix all sauce ingredients together, leaving the xantham gum for last. Using a fine strainer, sprinkle xantum gum into sauce and mix in.
3. Heat wok and add one tablespoon peanut oil.
4. Add the beef and stir fry for about 4 mins and remove from the wok.
5. Add the second tablespoon of peanut oil, then add the garlic and ginger.
6. Add cabbage and cook for about 1 minute.
7. Add the onion and mix in with the cabbage.
8. Add the green onions and stirfry for 1 minute.
9. Add the broccoli and stirfry for 1 minute.
10. Add half of the stir fry sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
11. Add the cooked beef and the rest of the stir fry sauce.
12. Cook 1 minute longer and remove from heat and serve hot!
