    chicken bouillon-2-or 4tsp
    potato-2 cup diced
    celery- 3 4" sticks
    carrots- 1 cup chopped
    2 chicken breast (boneless and skinless)

    other vegetables can be added as well just enter them when considering the calorie content. I sometimes put canned or frozen veggies in mine.
