Ingredients

    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup (remove)
    *whole onion, raw (1 onion), 1 serving (remove)

    Garlic, 6 tsp (remove)
    *Walnut Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Crushed Tomato, 4 cup (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels (remove)
    Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)
    4 cups water

Directions

Sautee veggies, add all to crockpot and cook on low for 2-4 hours.
