    2 cups prepared instant potatoes
    1 cup egg beater
    1 cup white flour
    .5 cup paremsan cheese
    1 tbsp oinion flakes
    1 tbsp mrs. dash garlic & herb
    mix all together with electric mixer

Directions

heat a flat pan spray with pam
ladle 1/4 cup batter on to hot pan then flip over brown other side remove
