Introduction

These juicy, little meatballs are a crowd pleaser! These juicy, little meatballs are a crowd pleaser!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 lb ground pork
    1 lb ground chicken (or turkey)
    1 -2 cups Italian bread crumbs (depending how you like them)
    1 - 1.5 cups grated parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp salt
    1 tbsp Italian seasoning
    Freshly grated pepper
    2 large egs

    3 jars of your favorite sauce or 7 cups of homemade sauce

Directions

Mix the top ingredients together with your hands until mixture is well incorporated. Will be sticky.

Add to sauce. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.

* I layer them in a crock pot - 1 jar of sauce, layer of meatballs, 1 jar of sauce, second layer of meatballs, 1 jar of sauce, 3rd layer of meatballs. I set the crock pot on low for 8 hours.

Serving Size: makes about 60 golf ball-sized meatballs
