Ingredients

    1 cooked chicken breast shredded
    2 cups chicken broth
    4 cups dry stuffing mix
    1 cup mixed frozen veg (warmed in saucepan)
    1 potato, peeled and chopped, cooked in microwave (I like to substitute sweet potato)
    1/4 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and bake in casserole dish for 25 minutes.
