Ingredients

    2 lbs ground pork
    2 large eggs
    1 sleeve saltines, crushed
    3/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 C dried minced onions
    1 package Good Seasons dry Italian dressing
    1/4 C 2% milk

Directions

preheat oven to 350.
mix all ingredients together, mold into balls
place on a cookie sheet at least 1 inch apart.
cook for 30 minutes.

These freeze well after cooking! Great make ahead recipe.

Serving Size: makes around 40 balls
