Ingredients

    3/4 cup of ghirardelli chocolate chips 60%,
    1 cup rolled oats
    1 cup Pamela's Baking and Pancake Mix
    3 Egg whites
    1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
    1/4 cup Butter

Directions

After mixing ingredient, allow batter to chill for 1 hour. Roll dough into 2 inch logs. Slice and bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven at 350 degrees.
