Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 squares Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
    10 squares Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Pound Plus Bar (2 rows)
    1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, chopped fine or powdered in food processor
    1/4 tsp powdered ginger or to taste
    1/4 tsp cardamom or to taste
    1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions

1. Break both chocolates along lines into chunks and place in double boiler over medium heat.
2. When chocolate is completely melted, add all other ingredients and stir until well blended.
3. Using a silicone mini-muffin pan (24 muffin cups) and a regular spoon, place about a spoonful of the mixture into each cup of the pan.
4. When full, place pan in the fridge to re-solidify the chocolate.
5. Chill for at least 2 hours, then pop the disks out of the pan and store in a sealed container in a cool place.
