    houmous reduce fat
    low carb tortilla
    1 slice of chicken breast


Directions

in a bowl add the first four ingredients all cut in cubes, then preheat the tortilla in the microwave or the oven, add the houmous, then add the slice of chicken and the rest of the ingredients on the top... lunch is ready!
