Ingredients

    Kale, 4 cup, chopped
    *Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, 1 oz
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Carrots, raw, .5 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)

Directions

Chop kale, grate carrot. Add together. Pour on sesame seeds and olive oil. Massage. Eat.
