Ingredients

    10 leaves Basil
    1 1tsp Olive Oil
    25 Black Olives
    50 Black Olives
    10 cherry Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1 tbsp Pine Nuts
    250 gram pasta gekookt volkoren
    125 grams Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
    40 gram 4C Pecorino Romano Cheese

Directions

Cook pasta. Chop up other ingredients. Toast pine nuts. Drain pasta. Mix with chopped up vegetables, cheese and nuts. Add some herbs according to taste.
