Ingredients

    8 oz Pork Tenderloin cubed
    1/2 cup white flour
    4 Potatoes cubed
    4 Carrotssliced
    1 Red onion diced
    2 tbsp Compliments Balsamic Vinegar
    22.5 ml Epicure Beef Bouillon base
    White pepper to taste
    3 Garlic cloves whole
    8 cups Water

Directions

In a deep skillet brown the pork, coat with flour. If needed add a small amout of water to help spread the flour onto the pork cubes.

Add the garlic and onions, mix. Next add the carrots and potatoes. Brown slightly.

Add the water, seasoning and vinegar. Bring to a boil to thicken. Turn to a medium heat and cook until veggies are tender.
