Introduction

An awesome, healthy, protein packed snack that you can pack up and take on the go. You can replace the banana with other fruit for desired flavor. An awesome, healthy, protein packed snack that you can pack up and take on the go. You can replace the banana with other fruit for desired flavor.

Ingredients

    2 Cups old fashioned rolled oats
    1/2 Cup shredded coconut
    1/2 Cup raisins
    1/4 Cup Chopped walnuts
    2 large bananas
    1/4 Cup unsweetened applesauce
    8 scoops whey protein (banana nut, chocolate or vanilla)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl

Press into a 9x9 inch baking pan and bake for 30 mins

Cut into 9 3x3 squares and serve
