    * Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1.25 lb
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    * *Green Chiles (, 2 oz chopped
    * Onions, raw, 1 small chopped
    * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium
    * *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp
    * Salt, .5 tsp
    * Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    * Tomato Soup, 1 cup
    * 2 cans Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can,
    * Beans, pinto, 1 cup


Add the turkey to your crock pot, chop veggies and add along with the rest of the ingredients listed, added on top of the turkey. Cook for about 6hrs on high and 8 on low heat.

Serve with Low fat sour cream or cheese.
Also maybe a wheat tortilla or chips will do
