Ingredients

    4 large potatoes, shredded
    8 slices center cut bacon, diced
    1/2 med. granny smith apple, shredded
    1/2 c. fat free evaporated milk
    3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. ea. salt, pepper, ground nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Spread evenly in dish. Bake until golden brown. 35-40 min. Let cool for 5 min. Cut pie into 8 wedges.
