Introduction

slow cooker slow cooker
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 cups of squash & zucchini mix
    2 cups of broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots
    2 cups white rice parboiled
    4 cups water
    1/2 cups chicken broth

    seasonings
    lemon pepper
    garlic & herb
    salt & pepper
    roasted red bell pepper [McCormick]
    Cajun seasoning

Directions

combine all ingredients into a crock pot and set timer, i put mine on the 4 hour setting.

after it was done i pulled the chicken breast out and pulled them apart and mixed it back into the rice & veggies.

Serving Size: makes 10 1-cup servings
