Ingredients

    10 oz. fish filets, such as cod
    4 Tbsp fat free mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp Smart Balance Light Spread, melted
    4 Tbsp minced onions
    3 Tbsp parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt, or Old Bay Seasoning
    1 slice Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread, crumbed
    .24 tsp black pepper, ground

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 ' F.
Place fish in an oven proof pan sprayed lightly with Pam.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced onion, lemon juice and seasonings.
Spread mixture evenly over fish filets.
Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and melted Smart Balance Light Spread.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until fish is flaky.
Place under a broiler for another 2-3 minutes until fish is golden brown.
