A quick healthy meal that is easy to make and tastes great. A quick healthy meal that is easy to make and tastes great.
Number of Servings: 2


    6 oz. canned red salmon
    1 egg
    2 tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 cup dry bread crumbs


Drain salmon and mash down including the skin and bones. Add egg, lemon juice, onion and bread crumbs and stir until all is combined. Form into 4 equal patties and cook in pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray for about 2-3 minutes each side.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings

    I made the Dill Sauce for Salmon Patties (recipe on the Spark People web site) to go with these burgers and made a garden salad. No bread needed. Very filling and satisfying!!
