Ingredients

    3 oz tuna, water packed, drained
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tsp fat free yogurt, plain
    1 tsp (about 8) pignoli nuts
    pinch of salt
    pinch of dill weed
    1/2 tomato, sliced (optional)
    Lettuce (optional)

    2 slices whole grain bread or bun

Directions

Mix drained tuna, mustard, yogurt, pignoli nuts, dill and sat.

Serve between 2 slices whole grain bread or bun. Add lettuce and tomato if desired.
