Introduction

So, I decided to see if I could come up with something with a similar enough taste at home. Didn't quite come out right, but it's still very good. So, I decided to see if I could come up with something with a similar enough taste at home. Didn't quite come out right, but it's still very good.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
    .75 lb fresh green beans
    1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
    1/16 cup fresh dill, chopped
    1/4 fresh basil, chopped
2 pinches dried thyme (probably close to 1 TBSP)
Bowtie pasta (Barilla Omega-3, 14.5 oz)
    6 cups water
1 TBSP flour (I used wheat flour)
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 TBSP olive oil

Directions

1. Cook bowtie pasta as directed on package, omitting the salt
2. Heat oil in skillet.
3. Add chicken and cook uncovered for 5 minutes, turning once.
4. Add 1 cup of water. Cover and reduce heat. Cook 5 minutes. Add herbs and finish cooking on low heat until done, taking off lid for the last few minutes. Remove chicken.
5. Add the rest of the water to the skillet and scrape off anything off the bottom of the pan. Add flour and mix together well. Add green beans and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer until green beans are almost done. While green beans are cooking, slice chicken into 1/4 inch thick strips.
6. Add tomatoes, then chicken, then herbs and lemon juice. Cover and simmer on low for 5 minutes, or until tomatoes are done. Green beans should still be decently crisp but cooked.
7. Add to pasta and toss well. Let sit 5-10 minutes to cool and let the flavors mix before serving.
