Introduction
This is a very simple recipe. I make a batch and freeze into single serve portions. The portions are fairly small, as I have with plenty of veg on the side. This is a very simple recipe. Ingredients

Few sprays of oil
Garlic
2 chopped onions
2 tsp of lazy red chillies
500g lean steak mince
2 tins of chopped tomatoes
2 tins of red kidney beans
Top with some fresh parsley
Directions
Fry the onion, garlic and chillies together, then add the mince and fry until cooked.
Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 - 10 mins (sometimes I add a bit of tomatoe puree and seasoning, depending on taste at this stage)
Add the kidney beans and cook for a further 5 mins.
Serving Size: 8 small portions or 4 full size portions
