    Ground beef, lean, 32 oz

    Egg, fresh, 2 jumbo
    Kitchen Basics Beef Stock, 8 oz
    Whole Grain Bread Crumb, 0.5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)

    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
    All-Purpose White Flour, 0.125 cup
    Kitchen Basics Beef Stock, 8 oz
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Sherry, dry, 1.5 fl. oz


Heat oven to 450F.

1. Thoroughly mix together the meat and filler
2. Form into ~1" Meatballs
3. Bake in oven for about 10-15 minutes


1. Melt the butter, or use 2tbs of pan grease, in a sauce pan
2. add in the flour, mix thoroughly
3. pour the broth into the pan that you used to cook the meat and heat to collect meat from the bottom of the pan.
4. add the broth to the fat/flour mixture
5. slowly add water to taste
6. add in the sherry and heat thoroughly
7. add the sauce to the meatballs

you can enjoy this over some rice or noodles if you like.
