Introduction

I took some sauce from Two Sister's Gourmet by PartyLite and just added chicken thighs and rice to make a low fat, hearty dinner. I took some sauce from Two Sister's Gourmet by PartyLite and just added chicken thighs and rice to make a low fat, hearty dinner.

Ingredients

    1 jar of Two Sister's Gourmet by PartyLite Just Say Ole Mexican Simmerin' Sauce
    1.5 cups uncooked Minute Brown Rice
    1.5-1.75 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    .5 cup water

Directions

Trim visible fat off thawed chicken thighs. Put in bottom of slow cooker. Add sauce and water. Cover and cook on medium to high for 3.5 hours. Stir, add rice and cover, cooking an additional 30 minutes or so until rice is cooked. Serve.

Serving Size: Makes 6-8 servings (about 1 cup each)
