Introduction

These are very tasty but not low fat. They are my sons favorite so we make them once in a while! These are very tasty but not low fat. They are my sons favorite so we make them once in a while!

Ingredients

    Butter, salted, 1/2 cup
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1/2 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1 1/4 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Milk, 2%, 2T
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 2 cups
    Strawberry Jam Enough for Filling the Cookies

Directions

mix all ingredients and chill for 4 hours. Once chilled roll into 2inch. balls, flatten slightly then make a small indentation with your thumb and place a small amount of jam into each indentation (1/4t to 1/2t). Place in a preheated oven (350 degree's) for 12 minutes. After you take them out place cookies on a cooling rack and let cool.

Serving Size: Makes 18 to 20 Cookies
