Ingredients

    1 pound Ground Beef (calculated w/regular)
    1 can sweet yellow corn
    1 can diced tomatoes
    6 tbsp sour cream - fat free
    Parsley
    Cilantro
    Onion Powder
    Pepper
    Kraft FAT FREE Cheddar Cheese
    OreIda Tator Tots (leave about 24 in bag)

Directions

Brown ground beef and rinse in strainer to remove extra oil and fat. Place back in skillet and add all spices, brown for 1-2 minutes longer for spices to set in. Layer tater tots on the bottom of a 13x9 casserole dish. Mix sour cream and tomatoes and pour over tater tots. Layer meat on top. Layer corn on top of meat. Top it off with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. ENJOY! :)
