    1/2 tin of tuna
    1 tbsp Mayonnaise light
    Pepper
    chilli flakes optional

Directions

boil pasta with 5ml olive oil
mix tuna and mayonnaise in a bowl season to taste black pepper
can liven up with chilli flakes if desired
