Ingredients

    Vege Mix
    1 cup Celery Sliced
    1.5 Sliced carrots
    2 Cups Yellow Squash
    1.5 Fres Cut Asparagus Spears
    1 Cup Diced Onions
    2 TBS EV Olive Oil
    1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

    1 Cup Brown Rice
    .5 Cup White Rice
    3 Cups Water
    1 TBS EVOO

    3- 9 oz Chicken Breast

    Spice Mix
    Fresh Garlic Minced
    Salt
    Pepper
    Garlic Powder
    Smoky Papricka


Directions

Slice and Dice Veges, Saute in EVOO eldante

Cut Chicken into Strips coat w/ 2 TBS of olive oil and sprinkle with spice mix. Roast till done in 450 degree oven

Prepare rice according to recipe

Mix soup veges and chicken, dont add water

Heat and serve over rice
