    Fiber One Premium Muffin Mix (Mix only), 12 serving
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .5 cup
    Water, 1/2 Cup
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large
    Oat Bran, 1 Tbsp


Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray bottom ony on 9-inch square pan. In medium bowl, stir muffin mix, pumpkin, water, oil and egg just until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with oat bran. Bake 17 to 21 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
Variations: Add a light cream cheese frosting or sprinkle with powdered sugar instead of the oat bran. Use egg substitute, Add nuts.
