Introduction
I used the exact same recipe as Hungry Girl other than I substituted skim milk for the Vanilla Almond Breeze and omitted the salt. I also used regular graham crackers rather than low fat. Ingredients

1/2 c oats
1 25calorie packet of hot cocoa (swiss miss diet)
1 c skim milk
2 tsp mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided
2 tbsp mini marshmallows
1/4 sheet (1 cracker) honey graham crackers, crushed
Directions
Combine oats, cocoa mix, milk and 1 cup of water in pot on stove and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and creamy.
Remove from heat. Add 1 tsp of the chocolate chips and stir until melted.
Transfer to a bowl and top with the marshmallows, crushed graham cracker and the rest of the chocolate chips.
Serving Size: Makes 1 serving.
